As one of the world's first Reach-Certified Personal Branding Strategists and a Certified Job and Career Transition Coach, she has successfully helped hundreds of professionals market themselves for new careers since 1997. Utilizing a powerful mix of personal branding, career planning methodology, and her consultative style, Kirsten guides her clients through the process of defining and expressing their unique value and creating a niche in which they can be outstanding. Then she helps them think big, overcome obstacles and use the latest tools to get their message out and deliver their offerings. As a serial-entrepreneur and former corporate marketing professional, Kirsten can empathize with her clients through her own experience with career transition and following dreams. Kirsten is constantly thinking of innovative business ideas and approaches; so collaborating with other enterprising professionals is a great outlet for her creativity and optimism. Her energy comes from doing work that she loves in a flexible way.

Kirsten earned a BA degree from Vassar College and a Certificate in Adult Career Planning and Development from New York University. Considered a leader in the career management field, Kirsten served on the executive board of the Career Management Alliance (a division of Kennedy Information) for five years.
